Zhodnocení produktivity práce ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of work productivity in a selected company. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the level of labour productivity and identify the main factors that influence its development. The thesis is based on the analysis of company data and the evaluation of selected economic indicators. It also includes a semi-structured interview with the company management, which complements the findings with a practical perspective. Based on the conducted analyses, the current state of the company is evaluated and recommendations for improvement are proposed. The results show that work productivity is mainly influenced by investments in technology and effective human resource management.
