Abstract

The main topic and goal of this thesis is to analyze the system of remuneration, motivation and education of employees in a business company with a focus on sports. The work is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of the work is prepared according to the literature. In the practical part, the tools for data collection, ie the questionnaire survey, are outlined. Finally, an in-depth interview with the HD leader Decathlon for the Czech Republic is practiced, and finally a statistical analysis is calculated The analytical part contains the evaluation of the researched analysis, the final summary of findings and the recommendations.
