Mediální obraz bezpečnosti v krajích České republiky

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the media image of security, namely in the regions of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part focuses on the description of the concept of media, individual television stations, security, crime and characteristics of individual regions. The practical part contains quantitative and qualitative analysis and the subsequent evaluation of the media contributions in the field of security in the regions of the Czech Republic broadcast in the national television broadcasting between 2004-2011. Media Tenor data was used to implement the research. The conclusion of the work interprets the results obtained, especially to what extent the security reports are in line with the real situation of the regions presented.
