Abstract
ŠURÁNEK, P. Active Vibration Control : Diploma Thesis. Ostrava: VŠB – Technical University Ostrava, University study programmes, Department of Control Systems and Instrumentation, 2012, 49 p. Thesis head: Tůma, J.
This thesis deals with an active vibration control of a cantilever beam. The goal of this work was to construct a laboratory model, to equip it by sensors and actuators and design a controller which ensures that beam behaves like more damped element than is naturally usual. Mechanical system of a cantilever beam is interesting with its very low relative damping factor and because the elastic beam can be considered as a system with an infinite number of degrees of freedom, it has also infinite number of resonance frequencies. Controller design was realized in program MATLAB-Simulink and it was implemented into a signal processor dSPACE. Control feedback was assured by optical triangulation laser sensor. The mechanism was diagnosed by a PULSE system, piezoelectric force and acceleration sensors and impulse hammer.
