BYTOVÝ DŮM HOTELOVÉHO TYPU

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby dle vyhlášky 131/2024 Sb. a ČSN 73 4301 obytné budovy. Diplomová práce obsahuje textovou část, v rámci, které je vypracována: A průvodní zpráva, D. technická zpráva architektonicko stavebního řešení, statické posouzení monolitické železobetonové desky a přílohy tepelně technického posudku obvodových konstrukcí dle ČSN 730540-2 (2011), energetický štítek obálky budovy. Dále práce obsahuje výkresovou část. Podkladem pro vypracování diplomové práce byla studie zpracována v předmětu Projekt I a Projekt II. Řešená stavba bytového domu hotelového typu je umístěna ve městě Opava. Novostavba bytového domu hotelového typu představuje samostatně stojící objekt o třech nadzemních podlaží.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the implementation of construction according to Decree 131/2024 Coll. and ČSN 73 4301 of a residential building. The diploma thesis contains a text part, within which are prepared: A accompanying report, D. technical report of architectural and construction design, static assessment of monolithic reinforced concrete slab and annexes of thermal technical assessment of peripheral structures according to ČSN 730540-2 (2011), energy label of the building envelope. Furthermore, the thesis contains a drawing part. The basis for the preparation of the diploma thesis was the study processed in the subject Project I and Project II. The solved construction of a hotel-type apartment building is located in the city of Opava. The new construction of a hotel-type apartment building represents a free-standing object with three floors above ground.
