Abstract

This thesis focuses on creating a business plan for the establishment of a wedding agency. In the theoretical and methodological part, the basic concepts related to entrepreneurship and business plan are presented and the specific structure used is given. All the methodological backgrounds used are also presented within this chapter. The practical part of the thesis focuses on a comprehensive analysis of the market environment, including a questionnaire survey and the development of a specific business plan for the establishment of a wedding agency. Finally, the feasibility of the presented business plan is evaluated.
