Abstract

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to focus on the factual situation with the subsequent creation of a land use - elevation plan, which is to serve as a basis for the construction of a family house. This new building will be built on the foundations left when the old family house was demolished. In addition to the map background, a layout drawing of the building was also created upon request. The thesis also discusses the identified problem in the case of a discrepancy between the facts and the cadastral map in the given territory.
