Financování kultury statutárních měst

Abstract

„Financování kultury statutárních měst“ analyzuje oblast kultury ve statutárních městech, přičemž podrobnější analýza je sledována v oblasti knihoven a divadel. Práce se zabývá financováním knihoven z rozpočtů statutárních měst Havířov, Karviná a Frýdek-Místek a financování divadel z rozpočtů statutárních měst Brno, Ostrava a Plzeň. Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit výdaje na kulturu statutárních měst v letech 2006-2008, porovnat výdaje na knihovny a divadla vybraných statutárních měst a postihnout hlavní faktory financování kultury.

" Financing of Culture of the Statutory Cities" analyzes cultura field in statutory cities, whereas the more detailed analyse is pursued in the sphere of libraries and theatres. Thesis is concerned with financing of the libraries from the budgets of corporate cities. of Havířov, Karviná and Frýdek-Místek and and financing of the theatres from the budgets of corporate cities of Brno, Ostrava and Plzeň. The objective of this graduation work is evaluace the cultural expenses of corporate towns in years 2006-2008 and compare the costs of libraries and theatres in chosen corporate towns and establish the main factors of culture financing.
