The subject of this thesis is the elaboration of the project documentation of the apartment bui-lding and the technological process of the waterproofing of the lower structure. This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, a construction part and a technological part. The construction part includes the project documentation for the building permit, the accompanying report, the summary technical report and the thermal technical assessment of the perimeter structures. The mentioned object is a multi-storey, basement brick apartment building. The technological pro-cess of assembly of the underground waterproofing is processed in the technological part. The aim of this work is the professional and high quality waterproofing of the substructure.
