Abstract

The content of this work is to evaluate changes in the development of natural and cultural landscapes in the cadastral Stráž. Landscape development in this area was significantly determined by uranium mining, ongoing since 1967. The observed trend is bound to a period prior to the commencement of mining to the present. This paper presents the characteristics of the physical and humanely geographical terms, a description of the analytical work carried out in the user environment ArcGIS applications that are processing the issue appears to be crucial. Together with geographic characteristics and landscape-ecological analysis work also includes information about the major source of disruption of ecological stability, mining. Characterizes its methods, describes its origins and attempts to assess the impact of subsequent developments caused her.
