Návrh regenerace území bývalých garáží ČSAD Ostrava

Abstract

Předmětem práce je návrh regenerace území bývalých garáží ČSAD v Ostravě. Za tímto účelem byl proveden rozbor současného stavu lokality a její potřeby. Na základě těchto poznatků byl proveden návrh nového využití ve třech variantách s detailním dopracováním jedné optimální varianty. Území bylo řešeno s důrazem na navazující okolí, půdorysné a výškové uspořádání, napojení na inženýrské sítě a nezbytné úpravy blízkého okolí včetně řešení bezbariérovosti. Současně byl proveden propočet nákladů na realizaci a navržen možný způsob financování. Součástí práce je podrobnější architektonicky typologické řešení hlavního objektu areálu domu s pečovatelskou službou domu s pečovatelskou službou.

This thesis investigates the design regeneration of the area of the former bus garage in Ostrava. For this purpose, an analysis of the current state of the site and its needs. Based on these findings, the design of a new use in three variants with detailed finalization of one optimal variant. The area was designed with an emphasis on connecting the neighborhood, floor plan and elevation layout, connection to utilities and the necessary adjustments to the surrounding area including the solution easy access. He was also made in the implementation of costing and suggests a possible way of financing. Part of the work is more detailed typological architectural design of the main building complex nursing home nursing home.
