Abstract

This work deals with the analysis of mortgage loans. The author investigates types of mortgage loans, their division, methods of acquisition, utilization and repayment, with the related interest rates, etc. The aim of this thesis is to compare mortgage products of selected banks on the basis of multicriteria analysis and using the selected criteria and target groups recommend, in my opinion, the best mortgage loan.
