Studie zástavby rozvojové plochy v Ostravě-Zábřehu

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout využití rozvojové plochy ve vymezené lokalitě Ostravě-Zábřehu v městském obvodu Ostrava-Jih. Návrh obsahuje urbanistické řešení, včetně technické infrastruktury, dopravního napojení, odstavných ploch, návrh zeleně, řešení odpadového hospodářství pro cca 15 bytových domů včetně občanské vybavenosti. Za tímto účelem byl zjištěn stav lokality, limity území a další nezbytné informace na základě shromážděných poznatků o území a potřebách území. Dokumentace je zpracována v rozsahu územní studie. Součástí diplomové práce je textová dokumentace a příslušné výkresy včetně dispozičního řešení jednoho objektu zájmového území.

The goal of this thesis is to propose a land use in the defined locality Ostrava-Zabřeh in an urban area Ostrava-Jih. The proposal includes urban solutions, including technical infrastructure, transport links, lay-by areas, design green and waste management for approximately 15 block of flats including amenities. For this purpose, was found state of these localities, the limits and other necessary information based on the collected knowledge of the territory and the needs of the village. Documentation has been prepared within the scope of territorial studies. As part of the work is a the text documentation and all relevant drawings, including the layout of a building area of interest
