Podpora rozvoje venkova v regionu Hranicko prostřednictvím Strategického plánu Leader

Abstract

The target of this bachelor´s thesis in the theoretical level is to introduce the basic resources of politics and introduce a programming of the rural development in the EU and the Czech Republic conditions. It includes the approach of rural development program in the Czech republic 2007-2013 and a program Leader. In the practical level there is a realisation and use of a strategic plan Leader“We are changing Hranicko“within MAS development partnership of region Hranicko.

Bachelor's thesis is divided into three content chapters. The theoretical part deals with the issue of rural development program of the Czech Republic and a strategic plan Leader. It also deals with Common agriculture policy and with programming of the rural development in the Czech Republic within the last and the present programming period. The analytic part of this thesis deals with the region Hranicko and with the local active group -development partnership of the region Hranicko, which is included in the National network MAS of the Czech Republic. The practical part of this bachelor's thesis is focused on the realisation of projects within development partnership in the region Hranicko.
