Ochrana spotřebitele v České republice a Evropské unii v oblasti potravin

Abstract

Hlavním cílem práce je na základě teoretického vymezení problematiky ochrany spotřebitele v Evropské unii a České republice zhodnotit současný stav politiky ochrany spotřebitele a objasnit tuto problematiku v oblasti kvality a bezpečnosti potravin ve vybraných státech EU. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních kapitol. V první kapitole jsou teoretická východiska politiky ochrany spotřebitele v České republice a Evropské unii. Další kapitola je zaměřena na analýzu kvality a bezpečnosti potravin ve vybraných státech EU. Poslední kapitola pojednává o výsledku dotazníkového šetření, kde se zjišťoval přístup respondentů ke kvalitě a bezpečnosti potravin v České republice nebo znalosti o spotřebitelských organizacích.

The aim of bachelor thesis is based on the theoretical definition of the issue of consumer protection in the European Union and the Czech Republic to evaluate the current state of consumer protection policy and to clarify the issue of food quality and safety in the selected EU countries. The thesis is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter deals with general theoretical background of Consumer protection policy in the Czech Republic and the European Union. Another part is focused on analysis of food safety and quality in the selected countries. The last chapter is devoted to the questionnaire survey focused on public attitude of food quality and safety in the Czech Republic or knowledge in consumer organizations.
