Abstract

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the analysis and subsequent optimization of the approach to handling a business case in a selected company. The theoretical part addresses railways, the selected company, process management, logistics, and their tools. In the practical part, an analysis of the selected business case is conducted, and steps for its efficiency improvement are proposed. The conclusion summarizes the benefits of the proposed measures according to criteria such as time savings, financial resources, and human labor.
