Odliv kvalifikované pracovní síly z ostravského regionu

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to find out the situation on the labour market in the Ostrava region and to analyze why migrants leave the region. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts that are associated with the labour market and the mobility of people. The main chapters of the other chapters were to summarize the available knowledge and data on the causes that affect the residents to emigrate in the district of Ostrava - city and in comparison with the other districts of the region. In some cases where the data are not reported at the district level, was compared to the Moravian-Silesian Region with other regions of the Republic. It was found that one of the biggest causes are the lack of vacancies, high unemployment and low wages.
