Možnosti navigace požární techniky u HZS Libereckého kraje

Abstract

Diplomová práce má za úkol zanalyzovat možnosti navigace mobilní požární techniky při navádění k místu zásahu, porovnat jednotlivé možnosti a navrhnout nejvhodnější variantu řešení pro HZS Libereckého kraje. První část práce popisuje druhy globálních polohových systémů a jejich využití. Další část je věnována seznámení s aktuálně využívanými GPS systémy u základních složek IZS v Libereckém kraji. Závěr práce je věnován návrhu možných variant navigačních systémů vhodných pro HZS Libereckého kraje a jejich porovnání vzhledem k pořizovacím a provozním nákladům a snadnosti obsluhy.

The aim of the Diploma Thesis is to analyse all means of navigation for fire-fighters vehicles when guiding to place of incidence, compares particular alternatives, and suggests the most acceptable option for Fire Rescue Service of Liberec region. The first part of the thesis describes the types of Global Positioning System and their usage. Next part represents up-to-date GP Systems at Fire protection units of Integrated Rescue System in Liberec region. In the final part the thesis pursues the scheme of possible options of Positioning Systems suitable for Fire Rescue Service in Liberec region and their comparison with respect to purchase and operation expenses, and the ease of manipulation.
