Abstract

Any company that is successful and grows, finds itselfs in situations where it is necessary to change the existing business management in regards to changing times or even when changing actual size of the company. The purpose of this work is to propose ways of improvement in process efficiency of chosen main service, which affects the performance on the corporate level, by process mapping and business diagnostics. The selected process is at the conclusion evaluated by his measurement and determination of the level of his efficiency. Business processes are interrelated and each enterprise should pass a similar diagnosis within the stages of growth in regards to keeping a competitive advantage, high performance and profitability and market share.
