The aim of this diploma thesis is to describe from the measured data the behavior of emergency clothing for firefighters from two manufacturers. Emergency clothing samples will be exposed to different moisture and heat flux conditions in this regard. In the first theoretical part, the thesis deals with the development of protective clothing for firefighters, technical parameters and relevant standards. Further, the principle of heat sharing is mentioned and described in this part with regard to penetration through the material composition of the intervention garment. The second part deals with the experimental measurement of the heat transfer through the composition of fire fighting clothing and the evaluation of the achieved results
