Abstract

This thesis examines the current state of education population in the area of civil protection. The paper describes the historical development of this issue as well as contemporary forms of education used in education of population in the subject area. To identify shortcomings were a SWOT analysis and the questionnaire. The results of the analysis, contains suggestions for improving the selected forms of education and training and the draft program of education and training of the population in the civil protection, which should help to improve the current situation regarding training of the civil protection.
