Variantní řešení stropních konstrukcí bytového domu v Ostravě - Stavebně technologický projekt

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis was to elaborate a project documentation and a draft of an apartment building in Ostrava. The new apartment building with four above-ground floors realized contains 18 apartment units in the three above-ground floors (2nd – 4th). The apartment building is fully functional and located in a calm city neighbourhood with quality civic amenities. There are six apartment units on each floor. On the first floor there is a warehousing space, a common space, technical rooms and six parking places. The diploma thesis contains design and text part – project documentation. Part of the thesis is a variant solution of ceiling construction as well as connected time harmonogram and an item budget.
