Management rizik v oblasti těžebních společností

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je vytvořit analýzu rizik těžebních společností, identifikovat vnější a vnitřní rizika, jejich následky, pravděpodobnost a navrhnout doporučení pro jejich snížení. Diplomová práce se zabývá hrozbami z pohledu rizik, pracovních pozic, rizik ve výrobě a rizik s používáním ochranných pracovních pomůcek. Druhá část práce začíná charakteristikou organizace všeobecně, identifikací rizik a pokračuje následnou analýzou jejich příčin. Závěrečná část práce obsahuje doporučení, co všechno by mohly výrobní organizace zlepšit.

The subject of the diploma thesis is to analyze the risks of the mining companies, to identify the external and internal risks, their consequences, the probability and to propose recommendations for their reduction. The diploma thesis deals with threats from the point of view of risks, jobs, production risks and risks caused by natural influences. The second part of the thesis begins with the organization's characterization, risk identification and continues with the subsequent analysis of their causes. The final part of the thesis contains recommendations on what could be improved by the production organization.
