Abstract
The work is based on the experience of the author, ie. his own consulting business focused on the development and expansion of franchise systems since 2004. The introduction outlines the essential features of franchising and franchising general principles applicable in the Czech Republic. There are generalized long experience with the introduction of changes in management and organizational structures in companies which have decided to build a franchise network and to develop and manage the combined network.
There is also a methodology for building a franchise network which describes the different phases of network development with regard to the business and legal environment in the Czech Republic.
Part is devoted to work with economic data that each franchisor (the service provider) is available in the information system and enables it to evaluate the results
and, if neccesary, to predict the future. The author designed and has been testing in practice methodology for determining the so-called Coefficient successful franchise (CSF). With knowledge of these factors the franchisor is able to plan production volume, inventories, orders for goods and services from suppliers network in a better way, but also finances to marketing, or to further development of the network.
