Abstract

This diploma thesis analyzes contemporary using of operational record of air pollution stationary sources and its transformation into overall operational records. First part includes problem description of air pollution at national, European and world-wide level. Afterwards it looks for complete solution and analyzing of current situation. Second part is focused on future user’s communication in the system function definition, creating a database design and its user interface. Last part analyzes the proposed system in details, its behavior and interaction with users.
