Analýza rizik v podmínkách průmyslového podniku

Abstract

The master thesis focuses on the analysis of risks of interrupting the ladle furnace in the industrial company of VÍTKOVICE HEAVY MACHINERY a. s. This paper is divided in six parts, the initial one contains an introduction to risk management. The second part explains basic theoretical concepts related to risk analysis. The third part focuses on characteristics of the selected industrial company and description of its approach to risk analysis. In the next part, practical risk analysis is carried out with the use of selected methods and the achieved results are subsequently evaluated. The penultimate section is devoted to suggestions and measures specification leading to moderation of individual risk creation. The final part includes overall result evaluation.
