Abstract

The thesis "The Effectiveness of Human Potential Development in a Selected Organization" is focused on the analysis of the development of human potential in the designated organization. The theoretical part deals with the management of human resources and human potential. The main objective of this thesis is to analyze the effectiveness of human potential development of selected organization and then make recommendations for further development. The conclusion of the thesis evaluates the human potential in a selected organization and the objectives of the thesis.
