Abstract

The submitted thesis solves the design of transportation routes for wheeled technology in ČSA mine as capacity expansion of overburden transport to the existing method using long-distance conveyer line. Three routes are designed , that are not in conflict with existing transportation system. The construction of routes meet the requirement for economical and safe operation of fixed dump truck with capacity exceeding 100 tonnes. The investment costs for the construction of transport routes and technologies, operating costs of specified transported overburden volume and comparison of assistive technology are given for comparison. In the separate chapter of thessis are desribed the main key points of routes construction that must be respected in the design and subsequent operation of the wheel technology. In the conclusion are technical-economic evaluation of the variant solution and reasons for selecting the final location and transport routes lead in ČSA mine.
