Cizinci na českém trhu práce

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the number of foreigners, their structure and status on the Czech labour market, the aim is also to think about their presence in the labour market, and whether they are an opportunity or a threat for the domestic labour force. The thesis is written using deductive method, therefore it proceed from theory to practice. The first part deals with international migration, theories of migration and the theory of integration policy. In the second part of this thesis the integration and migration policy in the Czech Republic is specified. Furthermore, it includes an analysis of the number of foreigners in the Czech Republic written from different perspectives. The last chapter presents a summary of suggestions and recommendations that are necessary for smooth migration and for the benefit of not only the majority of the society.
