Abstract

Purpose of this thesis is to introduce readers to the problems of Facility Management (FM), Computer Aided Facility Management Systems (CAFM) and acquaint with the example implementation of CAFM. The first part describes FM and its potential benefits for the organization and FM solutions in the ČEZ Group. Next part introduce with CAFM systems inc. description of the selected CAFM products. The last part describes the implementation of selected CAFM in the ČEZ Group. In conclusion of this thesis is the summary of FM and CAFM problems with a view to further development and future.
