Abstract
This thesis deals with composite materials used in construction, with regard to fire safety. The first four chapters deal with the history, development and overall distribution of types of composite materials. The fifth chapter deals with fire safety. The sixth chapter presents an evaluation of the use of composites in the construction industry, innovation and the use of perspective in terms of fire safety.
