Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis is through the analysis of potential risk events to compile approaches to solving the most important crisis outbreaks. The theme is solved in a construction company which is specialized on building construction. The thesis consists of three main parts. The theoretical part defines the basic terms and definitions. There are described the theoretical basis as crisis of company, crisis management, methods of analysis of internal and external environment of company. Then follows the theoretical definition of threat analysis contains the concrete steps. The second part describes construction sector and then concrete company and its organizational structure. In the practical part are at first through the analysis of external and internal environment of the company found the potential threats and weaknesses of the examined company. From this are derived critical events which threatening company. This are then analyzed in terms of probability and impact the effects on company and from these facts is created a crisis matrix. Finally, in the context of proposals and solutions are for the most serious crisis outbreaks assembled crisis plans and proposed way to implementation together with the costs related with it.
