Možnosti využívání městské policie v rámci IZS na území Moravskoslezského kraje

Abstract

Diploma thesis is concentrated on the possibilities analysis of municipal police within the Integrated Emergency system (IES) in the Moravian-Silesian territory. In the first part, IES is described and the position of the municipal police in this system with respect to changes in the Municipal Police Act. Next part of the diploma thesis brings the results of the interview focused on the analysis of the strength and facilities of municipal police in the Moravian-Silesian territory, which are available in the case of the necessity of rescue and liquidation works. A part of the thesis outcomes is the map of the municipality allocations with established community police.
