Abstract
The presented diploma thesis deals with the issue of neutralization and demulsification technology, which are used in the treatment of industrial wastewater and liquid waste. Both technological operations are difficult to process, and it is necessary to use many chemical reagents. Regarding processed waste, it is often not possible to achieve high-quality cleaning and removal of all undesirable contaminants so that they meet the requirements of the SČVK for discharge into the public sewer. The proposed new technological procedure guarantees that liquid waste with the involvement of a vacuum evaporator with vapor compression will achieve 100% removal of all undesirable elements in the waste, especially heavy metals, without the use of large amounts of additional chemicals. The resulting demineralized water can be reused in the plant, which saves drinking water.
