Simulace konvolučních kódů pomocí open source nástroje Octave

Abstract

The theme of my thesis is to describe the security codes, their distribution and the inclusion of convolutional codes into this group. We also describe and explain the basic concepts of Hamming distance and binary operation modulo 2. We show the possibilities of coding and decoding of convolutional codes. Shortly, we explain what the Octave program is about. In this program, we create program showing an example of coding convolutional codes. We also designed a decoding function because there is no function in Octave that would allow automatic decoding of convolution codes.
