Abstract

The subject of Bachelor work „Formulation of Marketing Plan for Restaurant“ is a compilation of procedures proposal and recommendations to the „Hospůdka na hřišti“ to a well-organized plan. A marketing plan is based on an analysis of the market and restaurants, and is focused on the preferences, needs and wishes of our customers. The theoretical part is oriented to knowledge relating to the marketing planning and marketing plan. It covers the types of plans, users to which it is intended and includes the structure of the business plan. The practical part is focused on marketing research, to survey the market and customer behavior in the gastronomical establishments and the subsequent proposal for a marketing plan. The aim is to increase the awareness of the estabilishment, improve the perception among customers and, consequently, to strengthen sales, profit and market position.
