Abstract

In my bachelors degree study it is my goal to deal with corporate financial income and credit loans. Depending on the type of corporate credit I am focusing in the sector of corporate financial loans and its ability to manage and controle liabilities. The theory deals with the following subject and resolution. Is the underwritten liabilty of the loans its prior and post underwritten security solvent. The practical theory deals with loans in a specific corporation. It deals with steps to recover loans and guarantees. Based on the information provided solution would be presented to prevent acquiring unsecured financial loans.
