Ochrana území obce s rozšířenou působností před zvláštní povodní

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. In first part is brief characterization of special floods, specification of conceptions and literature summary dealing with creating of plans of area protection by water cannons. In second part is introduced just created plan of area protection of specific community Prostějov and its examination according to legislative requirements a protection plans of other communities. Also there is proposal of protective plan of communities, that are endangered by water structure situated in other region. Further more is one chapter introduced, which contains protective information, which should be notified to inhabitants Libiny in endangered areas, to provide protection more effective.
