Abstract
The bachelor thesis will deal with evaluation of structural and mechanical values of aluminum materials in dependence on heat treatment and cooling rate. In its experimental part, the AlSi7Mg0.6 aluminum alloy samples will be evaluated on casting samples of thicknesses 3 and 10 mm, cast in ceramic form by Alucast, s.r.o., method of evaporation model. The work will also deal with the influence of dissolving heat treatment and artificial aging.
The T6 heat treatment according to the AMS 2771C standard was performed on the samples, followed by the US at 3, 6, 9 and 12 hours after the RZ. To evaluate the length of the US for mechanical and structural properties, light microscopy and Brinell hardness measurements were used.
