Motivace zaměstnanců v pojišťovnictví

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce Motivace zaměstnanců v pojišťovnictví je zjistit spokojenost zaměstnanců s motivováním u vybrané pojišťovací společnosti a na základě provedené analýzy motivování zaměstnanců odhalit možné nedostatky ve stávajícím stavu. Bakalářská práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část si klade za cíl seznámit s problematikou motivace, pojmově ji vymezit a popsat. Druhá, praktická část práce byla zpracována za spolupráce vedení a zaměstnanců zdravotní pojišťovny, je zde popsána organizace a analýzou zjištěná spokojenost zaměstnanců s motivačním systémem v organizaci.

The aim of "Employees motivation in the insurance" diploma is to ascertain how to satisfy employees through motivation system with the chosen insurance company. Based on this analysis employees motivation can uncover possible needs and deficiencies in their current situation. The diploma consists of two parts which are a theory part and a practical part. The theory part focuses on definition and description of motivational issues. The second part, the practical part of the diploma was processed with the cooperation of management and employees of health insurance company, here we describe organization and satisfaction of employees with motivation system in place within the company.
