Abstract
The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to draw up a business plan for the establishment of a modern confectionery shop in the centre of Ostrava. Thesis is divided into four parts. In the first part is summed up theoretical basis, which is necessary to know when making the business plan. In the second part, the analysis of the business environment is performed using 7C analysis, PEST analysis and Porter's analysis. In the next part, the business plan itself is elaborated. The plan consists of eleven points. The first point is the title page, followed by the definition of the purpose of the document. The whole business plan is summarized in the introduction using the Lean Canvas method. Next is defined the product and competitive advantages of the company. Follows the definition of goals using the SMART method. The informations obtained in Porter's analysis are used for the analysis of the market and competition. Then the positioning is performed and the marketing mix is defined. The implementation project plan is visually represented by a Gantt chart. Then is made a financial plan in three variants - neutral, optimistic and pessimistic. Finally, the possible risks of the project and the possibilities of their solution are defined. In the last part, a SWOT analysis is performed using all previously obtained information and it is decided on the viability of the planned confectionery shop.
