Analýza výskytu klíšťaty přenášených onemocnění v ČR

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the analysis of the occurrence of tick-borne diseases, specifically lyme borreliosis and tick-borne encephalitis, in the Czech Republic during the period 2020–2024. The aim is to evaluate their spatial distribution and selected demographic characteristics. The thesis is based on data from the Information System of Infectious Diseases (ISIN), processed in ArcGIS Pro. Incidence maps and maps of absolute case counts were created, and interpolation methods IDW and Spline were applied. The analysis also includes flow maps and histograms by age and sex. The results show spatial differences in disease occurrence and identify areas with higher concentrations of cases.
