Aplikace plánovaného experimentu v procesu vstřikování plastů

Abstract

The thesis describes the application of Design of Experiment in Injection Moulding Process. The theoretical part of thesis is focused on the theoretical basis of Design of Experiment and Injection Moulding Process, including the visual and shape defects, which can occur on the products. In last chapter of the theoretical part are descried CAE systems for Injection Moulding with DOE support. In practical part is performed experimental design with three factors, the first part of experiment is concentrated on number of kinds visual and shape defects, the second one on the deviation of surface height. After performing factor experiment on two levels are factors optimized so that the number of visual and shape defects are minimized meanwhile the deviation of surface height reaches target value.
