Abstract

This thesis treats evaluation of the Efficiency of mechanical clearing in WWTP Ostrava. Forepart describes the mechanical wastewater treatment. Next part describes the technologies WWTP Ostrava and sewerage system in the city of Ostrava. Next part contains a description of the laser granulometry, its use in wastewater technology and describes the hydrochemical character of settling particles. This part describes zeta-potencial suspended particles and the influence of precipitation on the character of settling particles. Next part deals about the way of efficiency mechanical clearing assessment. Describes sampling and wastewater sample processing and deals technologies for increasing efficiency of mechanical cleaning. In the last part of the thesis are experimental data evaluation.
