Zhodnocení ekonomické výkonnosti stavební firmy

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce bylo zhodnotit ekonomickou výkonnost analyzovaného stavebního podniku STANZA. K danému účelu byly vybrány ukazatelé finanční analýzy a další poměřovací nástroje. V rámci komplexního posouzení úrovně hospodaření zkoumané firmy byla užita metoda benchmarking, která představuje neustálé monitorování a vyhodnocování dosahovaných výsledků s nejlepším podnikem v odvětví stavebnictví.

Diplomová práce byla vedle úvodu a závěru rozčleněna do tří kapitol. První se věnovala vymezení teoretického pokladu pro realizaci aplikační části, kdy zároveň byla zohledněna metodika postupu práce. V rámci druhé kapitoly byla představena analyzovaná stavební firma STANZA spolu s další porovnávanou stavební firmou, která byla vybrána pro realizaci benchmarkingu. Následně byly prezentovány výsledky jednotlivých finančních ukazatelů a souhrných ukazatelů pro měření výkonosti podniku, kde zjištěné hodnoty byly porovnány v čase a s výsledky zvoleného konkurenta. Předmětem hodnocení se staly i další nefinanční faktory. Třetí kapitola se zabývala nastíněním možných doporučení a návrhů v zájmu zvýšení výkonnosti analyzované firmy.

Diplomová práce je doplněna 17 přílohami.

The aim of this diploma thesis was to evaluate the economic performance of the construction company analysis STANZA. For that purpose were selected indicators of financial analysis and other measuring instrument. In the context of comprehensive assessment of the level of management firms surveyed benchmarking method was used which is a continuous monitoring and evaluation of obtained results with the best companies in the construction industry.

The diploma thesis was, besides the introduction and the conclusion, divided into free basic chapters. First, the theoretical definition of treasure to pay for the implementation of the application, when was also take account of the work methodology. In the second chapter was presented and analyzed a construction company STANZA along with the analogue another construction company, which was selected for the implementation of benchmarking. Subsequently presented the results of financial aggregate indicators and indicators for measuring effectiveness of the company, where the values were compared over time and the results of the selected competitor. Subject of reviews became and an additional nonfinancial factors. The third chapter dealt with outlining possible recommendations and proposals to improve the effectiveness of the analyzed companies.
