Abstract

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to create a business plan for the establishment of a pipe club and its subsequent two-year fictitious operation. The thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains an introduction and theoretical background for creating a business plan. This section also describes in detail the characteristics of the market and explains all the analytical methods used to analyze the market environment. The practical part then contains an already compiled business plan for the company, including all the essentials. To create a business plan within the practical part of the bachelor's thesis, it was necessary to use some analytical methods, including PEST analysis, Porter's analysis of five competitive forces, SWOT analysis, EFE and IFE matrix. It was also necessary to draw up a financial plan for the next two years of fictitious operation. In this financial plan, it was necessary to compile a balance sheet, profit and loss statement and cash flow for a pessimistic, optimal and optimistic variant of the project. From a completely developed business plan, it can be concluded that it is worthwhile for the owner to implement this project, because even in the pessimistic version of the project he would be able to make a profit, thanks to which he could achieve all the goals he set at the beginning of the business plan.
