Abstract

The work deals with different types of accelerometers, distribution, description of properties and basic principles. Furthermore, not only describes the internal structure of modern, single-chip accelerometers, but also their properties and technical parameters. The use of accelerometers is wide, so I tried to give every kind of at least one representative of the significant detail and describe its use.
