Finanční analýza podniku v odvětví energetiky

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je pomocí finanční analýzy komplexně posoudit finanční situaci a výkonnost společnosti MSEM, a.s. v letech 2007-2011. V teoretické části bakalářské práce je popsána metodika finanční analýzy. Ve druhé části bakalářské práce je popsána charakteristika elektromontážní společnosti MSEM, a.s. a provedena horizontální a vertikální analýza rozvahy a výkazu zisku a ztráty. V poslední části bakalářské práce je zhodnocena finanční situace společnosti prostřednictvím poměrových ukazatelů finanční analýzy, proveden pyramidový rozklad rentability vlastního kapitálu a srovnání společnosti s odvětvím energetiky. V závěru práce je celá finanční situace společnosti zhodnocena.

The aim of the beachelor thesis to comprehensively evaluate the financial situation and efficiency of the joint stock company MSEM in the years 2007-2011 using the financial analysis. In the theoretical part of the thesis there is the description of the methodology of the financial analysis. In the second part of thesis there the company MSEM is introduced the horizontal and vertical analysis of the balance sheet and the profit and loss account is implemented. In the last part of this thesis the financial situation of the company is evaluated through the ratios of the financial analysis. The pyramidal decomposition of the ratio return on equity is conducted and the juxtaposition of the company with the power industry is made. In the conclusion, there the financial analysis of the company is evaluated.
