Abstract

The content of this bachelor thesis is review of employee education and development system in the production company. The thesis describes the methods of education, the education cycle and education programs of the production company. This bachelor thesis contains a questionnaire, which shows opinions and attitudes of employees towards the current system of education in the company. On the basis of the gathered data were suggested recommendations for achieving higher efficiency of corporate education.
