Abstract
The thesis focuses on customer satisfaction analysis of the company Výtahy Ostrava spol. s r. o. which provides comprehensive services in designing, manufacture and installation of lifts and lifting platforms, and proposals to increase it. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts relating to satisfaction and the problematics of marketing research. The practical part analyzes the results of marketing research, which was conducted through a questionnaire sent to customers. Based on the results of this analysis are proposed recommendations, which should increase customer satisfaction and bring higher revenue to the company.
